Senior Sales Representative

 

As a Senior Sales Rep, you will target enterprise accounts across the US. While there will be some focus sectors, you will be free to go beyond and prioritise closures.

 

You should have enough experience and be comfortable with cold prospecting, negotiating your way through complex enterprise decision making frameworks, see transactions through to closure and lead commercial conversations. A technical bent of mind is highly valuable in the role given that you will encounter significant technical evaluations. Voice automation is not a topic everyone is familiar with so the ability to evangelize the technology will go a long way.

 

Your key objective would be to win new logos for the Agara portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Full ownership of originating, negotiating and closing new clients across the US
  • Identify the key stakeholders and communicate the value proposition effectively to them to solve their problems
  • Account mapping and prioritizing your activity across your pipeline to consistently generate new business for Agara
  • Collaborating with the customer success, integration engineers, product managers and finance teams to ensure smooth negotiates and onboarding of new clients for long term success on Agara

 

You’ll be ideal for this role if you have…

  • Significant experience (5-7 years) in a closing role in enterprise technology product sales or SaaS product sales
  • Some prior experience of working in the customer experience space
  • An aggressive but consultative approach to selling
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and the incentives
  • A strong bias to action
  • Superb communication skills! You believe in keeping all of your stakeholders in the loop and know that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success
  • You believe in treating all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure
